Dawid Janse van Rensburg
Managing Director
Dawid Janse van Rensburg is passionate about helping companies build world-class supply chains. With nearly 30 years of experience, he has implemented supply chain solutions based on the Theory of Constraints. Most of his projects included the implementation of supply chain planning and execution systems, primarily the Onebeat system. Dawid has served as a Project Leader or consultant in more than 50 projects in South Africa and the UK. He enjoys discussing supply chain improvement and has presented many papers both in South Africa and internationally.
Dawid graduated from the University of Pretoria with a B.Eng (Electrical), from Penn State University in the USA with an M.Eng (Nuclear), and from the University of Johannesburg with an M.Com (Business Management). He also holds a TOCICO Supply Chain certification. Four of the projects Dawid has been involved in or led have been awarded three gold and one platinum Logistics Achiever Awards in South Africa.
Heinrich Nell
Business Development Manager
Heinrich Nell’s career journey is a testament to versatility and vision, stretching across a diverse landscape of industries, including mining, FMCG, project management, and consulting. He holds a BEng in Mechanical Engineering and a Masters in Engineering Management, both from the University of Pretoria. Additionally, he earned an Executive MBA from the Graduate School of Business at the University of Cape Town and completed a program in Big Data & Social Analytics at MIT.
In 2015, Heinrich took a bold leap into the world of entrepreneurship, launching his inaugural venture, BabyWombWorld, in the bustling E-Commerce arena. This venture marked the beginning of Heinrich’s deep dive into start-up culture, where he has since played a pivotal role in a multitude of innovative start-ups.
With a knack for the intricate dance of business operations, Heinrich has mastered the art of weaving together the many facets of a company, ensuring seamless integration and system implementation. His keen focus has been on revolutionizing inventory management, spearheading the development of OneBeat for E-Commerce—a tailor-made solution for Takealot marketplace sellers.
Beyond the nuts and bolts of operational excellence, Heinrich’s true passion lies in guiding companies towards their strategic zenith, optimizing their profit potential in the process. His holistic approach to business strategy and his unyielding drive to elevate companies make him an invaluable asset to any entrepreneurial venture.
Bonginkosi Mbelu
OneBeat Specialist
Bonginkosi Mbelu has been immersed in the world of TOC since 2018, particularly in the area of supply chain solutions. He has participated in numerous projects in South Africa focused on inventory management by implementing the Symphony/Onebeat application as an enabler for a demand-driven supply chain. Bonginkosi has created several TOC simulations using real data to demonstrate to prospective clients the power and results of a demand-driven supply chain. He is also adept at interfacing the Onebeat system with various ERP systems.
Bonginkosi graduated with an Ndip in Industrial Engineering from the Vaal University of Technology and holds a BTech in Industrial Engineering.
